Dr. Richard Fiero grew up in Brooklyn, NY. He attended Cornell University for his undergraduate college degree, and medical school, he attended Stony Brook Medical School in Long Island, NY. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City. After that, he performed Fellowships in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine at Stony Brook University Medical Center, as well as a Fellowship in Sleep Disorders Medicine at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Before entering private practice, Dr. Fiero was a professor of medicine – teaching medical students, doing research, and directing sleep centers at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. He has been in private practice for the last 25 years. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Disorders Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and a Fellow of the American Board of Sleep Medicine. He is the medical director of the respiratory department at Mary Washington Hospital.He has two children and enjoys anything that includes spending time with them and his wife. |

Dr. Jeffrey Rehm obtained his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Pre-Med from Duke University before earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1987. Dr. Rehm’s medical journey included internships and residencies in Internal Medicine at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC, followed by a Fellowship in Pulmonary/Critical Care at Tufts University School of Medicine. Additionally, his credentials as a board-certified sleep specialist reflect his commitment to enhancing the quality of life through sleep medicine. Beyond medicine, Dr. Rehm’s life is enriched by his passion for hockey and cycling, fostering qualities of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. His unwavering dedication extends to both his medical career and personal interests, making him an exemplar of passion and excellence. |
