We test patients ages 13 and older. Patients under 18 years of age must have a parent or a legal guardian present during the study. Patients who need assistance with getting in and out of bed, changing clothes, walking, and help with personal care (such as using the commode), must be accompanied by an adult who can help them with those tasks.

If the patient has special needs such as use of a wheelchair or provision of supplemental oxygen while at the facility, please indicate this in the “Special Needs Request” portion of the order form.
